Hydroflux Delivers Advanced Water and Wastewater Solutions to Leading Manufacturers
July 8, 2025
Hydroflux continues to support some of the most prominent manufacturing companies across ANZ-Pacific with specialised process water and wastewater treatment solutions. As sustainability targets tighten and resource efficiency becomes increasingly important, there has been a growing demand for more sophisticated systems, particularly for high-purity process water and wastewater reuse. These technologies are essential in helping manufacturers reduce their environmental footprint, secure water supply, and maintain consistent product quality.

“We provide a comprehensive range of solutions for industrial manufacturers — from hygienic process water treatment and trade waste compliance to wastewater reuse and waste-to-energy systems,” says Mathew Foster, CEO of Hydroflux Industrial. “Our expertise spans across the entire manufacturing sector, including food and beverage, mining, and infrastructure. Customers can be confident that we deliver practical, fit-for-purpose systems that align with their operational and environmental objectives. The fact that our products and services are carbon neutral certified is an added advantage.”
One of the world’s largest beverage companies recently engaged Hydroflux to complete several water and wastewater treatment projects across multiple sites. The most recent project involved the design and commissioning of an ultra-pure water system using Hydroflux’s proprietary HyX® ion exchange technology. Like many of our process water systems, this installation was customised to meet the client’s strict internal quality standards.
“Our solutions are always tailored to the specific application,” continues Foster. “We’re currently building Australia’s first External Circulation Sludge Bed (ECSB) reactor for treating high-strength industrial wastewater, which will enable on-site energy recovery through biogas reuse. We’ve also implemented advanced hollow-fibre nanofiltration membranes at another site to meet stringent metal concentration limits and enable safe reuse.”

Beyond project delivery, Hydroflux provides comprehensive lifecycle support, including tailored service contracts, remote monitoring, and process optimisation. With in-house engineering and commissioning teams, every Hydroflux system is backed by strong local expertise and long-term operational value.
